Azul House's quest is to disrupt the Southern staples of the Austin dining scene and provide an approachable and unique dining experience centered around Peruvian cuisine and hospitality.
Almost all of our food is purchased here. Austin. Our home and yours. It is locally grown and harvested. The few things that are not from here come straight from farmers in Peru, with whom we are cultivating a relationship through the Sister Cities Program to promote sustainability practices and fair farming.
You aren't just purchasing a meal, you are purchasing an experience. Slow Food. A time to drink and eat with old friends or new, a time where you can interact with the chef's (It's encouraged!), and a time to just enjoy good grub.
